Herewith we offer 1 (one) VESTAS V52 with 850 kW rated power, 52 m rotor diameter with steel tower.
The wind turbine is located in Northern Germany.
The Scope of Supply (SoS) includes:
The V52 was erected in 2006, is in good condition and still in operation. Dismantling is planned for February 2023.
The V52 has been maintained under Vestas Opti Safe full-service agreement until June 2021, afterwards via Vestas AOM 2000. All O&M and availability reports are available. In second half of 2020 refreshment of blades was performed by Vestas for 15735 €. No main components have been replaced since commissioning. Next recurring test is scheduled in March 2022.
Please find the mean technical availabilities as follows:
The Seller will be responsible for dismantling and loading on truck. The Buyer will be responsible for the "Just in time" loading, lashing and transport. If the Buyer has his own trucks available on time during dismantling, the components will be directly lifted and loaded on them.
The sold wind turbine is free of rights of third parties.

- all available documentation.
